Why base your important growing decisions on distant university or airport weather reports?
The AE50 Award-winning Spectrum® WatchDog Weather Stations deliver accurate, real-time weather information directly from your orchard, vineyard, and other crop fields.
Together with Spec 8 Pro Software, you can monitor, record and analyze over a dozen important growing conditions for more effective and profitable crop and pest management.
Each WatchDog Weather Station features a built-in data logger. The logger stores data in a fail-safe nonvolatile memory at user-defined intervals - until the data is transferred to your PC. Because downloading data does not erase the information from the weather station, multiple PC users can access the station without impacting a master data collection plan. Select measurement intervals from 1 to 60 minutes. With a 30 minute interval, 183 days of data is retained on the station.
Most WatchDog Weather Stations models have six available sensor ports which offer ease and flexibility to customize each station to meet your specific recording needs. Alarms check all sensors of the chosen type, and both high and low limits can be set to warn if any sensor goes outside a defined band of normal values.
An exclusive to the WatchDog Weather Station line - a LCD Display allows viewing of current conditions, as well as degree day values and daily high/low readings for the past 30 days and confirms station and sensors are performing - without the use of a PC.
Select disease packages with Spec 8 Pro software and view disease severity indicators in the field. Available disease models include Powdery Mildew, Black Rot, Botrytis, Apple Scab, and Fire Blight. The full list of available disease models are listed at www.specmeters.com/international
